+ What if I don’t have any kind of resume to begin with?
That’s totally fine! We will start from scratch and it will not affect the price. As a matter of fact, it sometimes it can be easier for us to start from scratch.
+ Who is going to work with me on this?
We hire talented and personable professionals to work with us at Promoted. You will work with the same Career Coach from the moment of contact to the completion of services. They come from different backgrounds with diverse experience. We do our best to match you with the analyst that fits your needs. You’ll love getting to know them!
+ What states or countries do you service?
While the core of our business comes from the Rocky Mountain region, specifically Utah (Salt Lake), Idaho (Boise), and Arizona (Mesa); We have successfully helped professionals across all 50 States and even other countries such Australia, Singapore, Canada, and more.
+ How are the resumes delivered? What about printing?
We will deliver your resumes and cover letters to you via email. We will include the editable Word document along with a PDF. We recommend that you always submit your resume to an employer as a PDF. We do not print or mail resumes.
+ Does Promoted offer job placement services?
The short answer is no. We focus on everything leading up to an interview. Most clients have a goal in mind already. We work hard to empower you to find your own job. However, when the situation is right, we do offer placement services on a limited basis. If you have questions about this, just give us a call.
+ Does Promoted guarantee their work?
For our packages from the Full Upgrade to the Executive Package we offer a 1-Year interview landing document modification guarantee for resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles built-in to the services. This is to be used if the desired results are not being achieved, come back to us for up to 1-Year from your service completion date and we will continue optimizing until success is achieved.
For consultation specific services, ultimately you are the difference-maker. We are supremely confident in our ability to prepare you for your next step, but it would be dishonest for us to guarantee a job or a specific outcome for an interview. However, we can guarantee that we will work as hard as we can to prepare you and guide you to be successful.
